Hey there, great blog. I stumbled upon it when I was searching and found you picked up the article from the DC communicator. This is Peter Klaus. We at FH, being such a large agency, have an interesting job in that -- even though the trends mentioned have been known for some time (as you note) -- we have to educate many who don't focus on the online environment on a daily basis.Just wanted to note that that's the spirit in which the piece was assembled -- trying to move the need for as many folks as possible who don't concenrate on the trends like we do everyday.
